| Rick BALZAN is the
president and CEO of BALZAN HR. Rick is a results-driven
leader with extensive involvement in the management of human
resources.
His professional career includes work at both small and
large companies in a diversity of industries, such as service,
manufacturing and healthcare.
Rick is also an experienced educator, teaching
bachelor-level classes at Silver Lake College as well as
outreach programs at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee
and Lakeshore Technical College.
Rick holds a Masters of Science degree in Management and
Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College and a
Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources
Development/Management, also from Silver Lake College. |
